In September 1990 in Pacoima, California, Sepsism was founded by drummer Phillip Hernandez and vocalist Fernando Avila. Sepsism's career began to shine with the release of their first two demos (1992/1993), which received a warm reception within the California underground. This album is immersed in a similar story, one of desperation and bloodshed. Songs like 'Brutally Butchered' and 'Internal Fermentation' are merciless, with riffs and drum hits like chainsaws ripping through flesh.
